Indivisible Partners, a registered investment advisory firm established by former Merrill Lynch executives, has welcomed its first advisors since its formation. Lee S. Woodring and Robert J. LeRoy, both long-time Merrill advisors, joined the firm, bringing with them $640 million in client assets and client associates Margaret B. Lawler and Stephanie I. Tozer.
Woodring and LeRoy, with 28 and 14 years at Merrill Lynch respectively, are launching their practice under the name Woodring LeRoy Capital Advisors.
According to AdvisorHub, Indivisible Partners, founded by John Thiel, Merrill Lynch's former head, seeks to offer advisors a more collaborative and adaptable model. The firm provides opportunities for advisors to own their practices, along with equity and profit-sharing incentives. Transition assistance, designed to replace existing compensation for up to a year, is also part of Indivisible's value proposition.
Financial Advisor Transitions consults advisors nationwide to explore employment transition options and to preserve and protect their practice in any transition that they make.
