Financial Planning continued its series on base compensation for advisors at wirehouses and regional or national broker-dealers by analyzing what advisors generating $1 million in annual revenue can expect to make in 2025. The publication compiled data directly from the firms and engaged Andrew Tasnady of Tasnady & Associates for analysis.

According to Financial Planning, the analysis assumed a 10-year service length, an even mix of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and fee-based accounts, and excluded behavior-based bonuses or employer contribution programs.
