U.S. Capital Advisors has terminated David M. Harris, one of its largest producers, after discovering his plans to start his own firm, as reported by AdvisorHub.
An internal memo sent by a lawyer for the firm announced the termination of Harris, a 37-year industry veteran who had managed approximately $1.2 billion in assets, according to a 2018 Barron's top advisor ranking.
