Robinhood and TradePMR have announced several new products and services aimed at registered investment advisers and their clients, signaling a broader push into the wealth management space.
According to Barron's, the companies unveiled the initiatives during the SYNERGY26 conference in Washington, D.C., introducing new advisor referral capabilities, artificial intelligence tools, investment opportunities, and advisor incentives.
Barron's reports that the centerpiece of the announcement is the Robinhood Advisor Network, an in-app referral marketplace designed to connect Robinhood customers with independent RIAs who custody assets through TradePMR.
Robinhood and TradePMR also introduced Robinhood Cortex for Advisors, an artificial intelligence tool integrated into TradePMR's Fusion platform. The technology offers advisors automated portfolio summaries, AI-generated meeting preparation materials, and task management functions.
In addition to technology enhancements, the firms announced that TradePMR advisors will soon gain access to initial public offerings and future public offerings available through Robinhood Ventures directly through the Fusion platform.
Barron's reports that the companies also introduced new advisor recruitment and retention incentives, including flexible incentive programs featuring forgivable loan structures, along with reduced rates for margin lending and securities-backed lending programs.
