Credit Suisse's private bankers have been instructed to update their resumes in anticipation of the upcoming selection process for new managers after the UBS Group AG takeover.

According to AdvisorHub, an internal memo reveals that this next phase of leadership changes will trigger a series of appointments for lower-ranking positions in global wealth management. To be considered for these roles, employees must update their career aspirations and express their openness to mobility by July 13th.

The memo, authored by Yves-Alain Sommerhalder, head of Credit Suisse wealth management, and Lars van den Bosch, the division's human resources chief, emphasized the importance of showcasing updated experience and skill sets as the two organizations merge.
