Morgan Stanley branch managers now can "dispatch data and artificial intelligence-driven directives" to advisors regarding how, when, and why they should reach out to clients.
The Bird's Eye View Tool pairs directly with a "Next Best Action" tool for advisors that Morgan Stanley rolled out almost four years ago. "Next Best Action" sends advisors automated recommendations similar to prompts that suggest the best services for a client. Of course, the tool also implements a level of accountability, which may or may not sit well with advisors, especially the more seasoned advisors at the firm.
