In an executive shuffle, Lisa Dolan, the Chief Operating Officer, will transition to head of branch operations and shared services. Her expanded role includes overseeing service, team collaboration, client transitions, and remote support. Frank LaQuinta, the current Chief Information Officer, will assume the position of head of digital, data, and operations. He will be responsible for technology, digital product management, operations, and data. According to AdvisorHub, both executives' corporate titles appear to be newly created roles.
