Bluespring Wealth Partners, the RIA acquisition arm of Kestra Holdings, has orchestrated a merger between two of its partner firms, Retirement Wealth Specialists (RWS) and Security Financial Management. This strategic move creates an RIA with assets totaling $1.4 billion and establishes a presence across five locations throughout Florida.

InvestmentNews reports that the newly consolidated RIA will operate under the Security Financial Management name.
