Earlier this month, Cetera Financial Group launched Growth360.Growth360 is a new peer-based benchmarking methodology and strategic framework. 

According to ThinkAdvisor, the program will allow Cetera affiliates to learn from and incorporate the business strategies used by their fastest-growing colleagues by pairing advisors with specific growth partners. 

Cetera explained that the initiative "will empower Cetera financial professionals to identify high-impact growth levers and implement an action plan that is aligned with their broader business goals." Phase I of Growth360 will focus on best practices for organic growth or new business with an emphasis on client acquisition, conversion onboarding and wallet share.
